Please send us a support ticket with the deal number so we can investigate further. In the meantime, ensure the following five key fields have been completed in Velocity, as they are required for the deal to transfer to Workbench
1. First Borrower / first and last name
2. Closing date
3. Mortgage amount
4. Agent name
5. Lender
