How to add MA email on iPhone

Step 1) Click on the "Settings" icon:

Step 2) Scroll down and click on "Passwords and Accounts":

For newer versions of IOS, go to "Mail" and tap "Accounts" option 

 

Step 3) Select "Add Account"

 Step 4) Select "Other":

 Step 5) Select "Add Mail Account":

Step 6) Enter your name, your full email address, and your password, description can be set to your liking then select "Next":

Step 7) Make sure you select an IMAP Account:

  • The fields are entered as shown below with your user name being your full Dominion Lending email address 

INCOMING MAIL SERVER:

Host Name: mail.mortgagearchitects.ca

User Name: email@mortgagearchitects.ca

Password: Your email password

 

OUTGOING MAIL SERVER:

Host Name: mail.mortgagearchitects.ca

User Name: email@mortgagearchitects.ca

Password: Your email password

 

Please note that even though username and password shows as optional, however you still have to enter the credentials.

Once you enter these details, tap Next option on the top right.  

 

Step 8 ) The next step will ask you what services to sync with your email. Simply check Mail and leave Notes as unchecked and tap Save

You will see the MA Email account ,that you just added.

Please follow the steps below to configure it properly and finish the process:

Step 9) Tap on your MA account that you just added and then tap on your Email.

Step 10)Select "Outgoing Mail Server" and then tap on the area saying " mail.mortgagearchitects.ca ":

Step 12) Make sure that everything is as shown on the screenshot below. You should see your User Name (your email) and password. Set Server Port to 465 and click "Done": Note:This step might take 2-3 minutes to verify.

Step 13) Then go back to your account settings and select "Advanced":

Step 14) Verify that your advanced settings are as shown below. It's very important that the IMAP Path Prefix is setup with "INBOX" in all capitals for this to function properly:

Step 15) Go back and Tap on Done from the top right.

You should now be DONE! You can now leave the settings interface and go into your Mail app and find your MA Account
