Setting Up My Login and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Overview

BrokerBridge uses secure authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect user accounts.

First-Time Login

1. Open BrokerBridge from your invitation email. 
2. Enter your email address. 
3. Create your password if prompted. 
4. Complete MFA setup.

MFA Setup

BrokerBridge supports authentication through a mobile authenticator application.

During setup:

1. Scan the QR code displayed on screen. 
2. Open your authenticator app. 
3. Enter the verification code provided by the app. 
4. Complete setup.

Troubleshooting

If you lose access to your authenticator device, contact Support for assistance.
